Our History

The Millworks facility was orginally a seed company.  The buildings were purchased in 1992 and were renovated as a "business center".  This multiplex of business space was designed to act somewhat as a business incubator, allowing flexible space and room for growth. And - in the spirit of an incubator, our tenants inspire, support, and mentor each other.
